Established in 2010, the Faith Communities Council of Victoria (FCCV) is Victoria’s umbrella multifaith body. It is the successor to the Leaders of Faith Communities Forum, founded in 1995.
FCCV was created to contribute to the harmony of the Victorian community by promoting positive relations between people of different faiths and greater public knowledge and mutual understanding of the teachings, customs and practices of Victoria's diverse faith traditions.

An opportunity to visit the places of worship of the local faith communities, including:
- A Hindu Temple
- A Sikh Gurdwara
- A Mosque
- A Buddhist Temple
- A Christian Church
- Indigenous sacred sites or
- Spiritual traditions
An opportunity to see the diversity within our area, focusing on the religious and spiritual dimension of multiculturalism.
An opportunity to be welcomed by a member/leader of each faith, and learn from them something of their belief, practices and community here in Australia.
This service is coordinated by the members of the Interfaith Network and supported by the City of Greater Dandenong.
Tour Cost
A payment of $25 up front to secure bookings for a tour. This payment covers:
• Transportation
• 'Many Faiths, One People' hardcopy booklet which explains each of the faiths
