The Kingston Interfaith Committee invites you to 'Living in Harmony' Wayapa workshop which will be followed by multicultural dances
Wayapa workshops are based on ancient Indigenous wisdom that focuses on taking care of the Earth and creating Mind Body Spirit well-being.

Join us for a creative workshop led by Wayapa to:

• Learn more about indigenous spirituality
• Try indigenous meditation
• Join in with gentle movements
• Learn to connect & care for the planet.

Living in harmony with their environment is what sustained Australian Aboriginal people to be one of the world’s oldest, continuous living culture – for over 100,000 years.
