He has spent many years in leadership in the Australian Province of the Blessed Sacrament Congregation. He has two published books - The Inner Snowy and Sydney Downtown. His background in ecumenism includes being past convener of the Melbourne City Churches in Action: his interest in the media includes past board membership of the television company Albert Street Productions; and in tertiary education being former member of the Council of Yarra Theological Union. More recently he completed the 800 km pilgrim walk to Santiago and facilitated participation in the International E-Conferences on St Paul, St Luke, Jesus Christ and Mary in the St Francis Pastoral Centre, June 2009 and 2010. He hopes others will find he is all ears and heart.
