She lectures in the School of Political and Social Inquiry at Monash University\, and was Co-Creator and panelist on the critically-acclaimed A ustralian national network television program “Salam Cafe”\, a Muslim come dy panel and sketch show. She is married with 2 children.\nAhmad Aly:   Ah mad Aly was raised in Australia and studied Medicine at Melbourne Universi ty.  He is currently the Head of Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery at the Aus tin Hospital and a lecturer with the University of Melbourne maintaining a ctive research and teaching interests. Ahmad contributes to medical commun ity programs and is involved in cross cultural education programs in the m edical fields and development of health care protocols for Muslim patients .\nAhmad is a father of 4\, actively involved in nurturing\, yelling\, lov ing\, guiding and pulling his hair out.
