 sible.\nSpeaker Profiles:\nKeynote Address:\nMr. Daryl Oehm - Victorian Tr
 anscultural Mental Health UnitDaryl Oehm is Manager of Victorian Transcult
 ural Mental Health (VTMH) and an executive member of Multicultural Mental 
 Health Australia (MHiMA).  Qualified in mental health nursing\, education\
 , public policy\, community development and management\; he has worked in 
 health\, education\, government and international volunteering. He has ext
 ensive experience working in culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) 
 communities.  Daryl has focussed on better mental health access and equity
  for CaLD and indigenous communities\, as well as development of CaLD and 
 indigenous health education programs. He has also worked with HIV/AiDs edu
 cation and support initiatives in Australia and South Africa\, volunteer p
 lacements in Africa\, GLBTI counselling services and the Northern Territor
 y AiDS council.\nPanelists:\nRev Dr Rajitha Perera - Uniting Church/Christ
 ian faithIs a key member of Glimmers of Hope which provides community ment
 al health in the Chadstone-Ashwood region of the city. He will speak from 
 a faith leader's role in the community\nMs Shyama Fuad - Islamic faithIs a
  Practising psychologist and program facilitator with Bridging Borders and
  worked as a Senior counsellor at Monash University for over  6 years. She
  will speak from a cross cultural aspect and the impact of mental health o
 n youth \nMs Mandy Davidson - Jewish faithHas intimate knowledge of commun
 ity mental health in Monash having experienced the service from both sides
