 \nThe speakers at the symposium tomorrow will be:\nMatthew MacDonald: Matt
 hew is the Executive Officer of the Life\, Marriage & Family Office of the
  Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne.\nHe has a Grad Dip and is currently co
 mpleting a Masters in Theology of Marriage & Family at the John Paul II In
 stitute for Marriage & Family. With his wife Julie\, he has worked in marr
 iage and family ministry within the Catholic community for the past eight 
 years and has a particular interest in married spirituality. He and Julie 
 have been married for 10 years and have five children.\nDr Lisa McLindon-S
 mith: Dr McLindon-Smith is a teacher and medical practitioner specializing
  in Naprotechnology\, a field that includes the investigation and treatmen
 t of Infertility to assist couples to conceive naturally. She completed he
 r advanced training through the Pope Paul VI Institute in Nebraska\, USA. 
 Dr Lisa’s private practice NEW LIFE MEDICAL\, is devoted to Women’s Health
 \, FertilityCare\, and Pregnancy Support. She has been married to Christop
 her for five years\, and they have two young children.\nSusan Carland: Sus
 an Carland was listed on the “500 Most Influential Muslims in the World” i
 n 2009\, and was also named in 2009 as one of the international “Muslim Le
 aders of Tomorrow” by the U.N. Alliance of Civilisations and the ASMA Soci
 ety. She lectures in the School of Political and Social Inquiry at Monash 
 University\, and was Co-Creator and panelist on the critically-acclaimed A
 ustralian national network television program “Salam Cafe”\, a Muslim come
 dy panel and sketch show. She is married with 2 children.\nAhmad Aly:   Ah
 mad Aly was raised in Australia and studied Medicine at Melbourne Universi
 ty.  He is currently the Head of Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery at the Aus
 tin Hospital and a lecturer with the University of Melbourne maintaining a
 ctive research and teaching interests. Ahmad contributes to medical commun
 ity programs and is involved in cross cultural education programs in the m
 edical fields and development of health care protocols for Muslim patients
 .\nAhmad is a father of 4\, actively involved in nurturing\, yelling\, lov
 ing\, guiding and pulling his hair out. Having been raised as first genera
 tion of immigrant parents\, he is well placed to understand the dilemmas\,
