 ection\, Authorized Celebrant) is a member of the Congregation of the Bles
 sed Sacrament which has pastoral care for St Francis Church\, Lonsdale Str
 eet\, Melbourne. He has spent many years in leadership in the Australian P
 rovince of the Blessed Sacrament Congregation. He has two published books 
 - The Inner Snowy and Sydney Downtown. His background in ecumenism include
 s being past convener of the Melbourne City Churches in Action: his intere
 st in the media includes past board membership of the television company A
 lbert Street Productions\; and in tertiary education being former member o
 f the Council of Yarra Theological Union. More recently he completed the 8
 00 km pilgrim walk to Santiago and facilitated participation in the Intern
 ational E-Conferences on St Paul\, St Luke\, Jesus Christ and Mary in the 
 St Francis Pastoral Centre\, June 2009 and 2010. He has made work related 
 visits to India\, Sri Lanka\, Philippines and Viet Nam and assists the Ger
 man speaking Catholic Community of Melbourne. He enjoys tennis\, bushwalki
 ng and cross country skiing: discovering the sacred through art\, cinema\,
  music\, meditation and spirituality\; affirming our indigenous Australian
 s\; giving tertiary chaplaincy an ethical voice as regards making our plan
 et sustainable for all. He hopes others will find he is all ears and heart
