 f guests\nWhat is an IFTAR dinner? Each day of the Muslim month of Ramadan
 \, Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset. Each evening the fast is broken wi
 th an IFTAR dinner\, which guests are invited to share.\nAbout JCMA: The J
 ewish Christian Muslim Association (JCMA)\, founded in 2003\, is committed
  to the promotion of understanding\, mutual respect and peaceful relations
  among the members of our faith communities. We are unswerving in our supp
 ort of the democratic values that underpin such relations in Australia and
  in other democratic countries. These values include the defence of indivi
 dual human rights\, effective systems of justice\, freedom of religion\, f
 reedom of expression and existence of political structures that ensure tha
 t governments rule with the consent of the governed. JCMA run two resident
 ial conferences each year\, one of which is for women only\, a schools pro
 gram to introduce primary and secondary school students to the three faith
 s\, and a variety of interfaith events.\nAbout Tents 4 Peace International
  Inc: a non-profit registered organisation founded by Australians Anna Cro
 tty\, and Fazila Tasmim-Hajeb. Fazila\, an Afghanistan native who has live
 d in Australia for 22 years\, is very passionate about helping widows and 
 children of Afghanistan\, particularly widows who lost everything during t
 he past 30 years of civil war especially during the government of Taliban.
  In 2006\, the group raised $150\,000 to build a tent- orphanage for Afgha
 ni refugees. The orphanage can shelter 120 children. They continue to rais
 e money to build their own orphanage on land provided by the Afghan Govern
 ment and require ongoing sponsorship for these children. They also raise f
 unds to provider coal\, shelter and heat in advance of each year’s winter.
