 Lower Plenty Victoria\nThere are many inspiring young people actively invo
 lved in community organisations and faith communities across Australia\, w
 ho are working tirelessly to address our current social\, political\, mili
 tary\, economic and ecological challenges. This program is designed to cul
 tivate and build capacity in these young leaders to sustain change\, go de
 eper and to bring people together. This program was developed two years ag
 o and is again open next year as a 5-day residential retreat for 20 young 
 people.&nbsp\; It is an outstanding program\, one not to be missed and wil
 l greatly benefit both the participants and their organisations or faith c
 ommunities from which they belong.\nParticipants will gain :\n\nA deeper c
 ommitment to living and working from an interfaith perspective\;\nKnowledg
 e\, skills and awareness of nonviolence\nLeadership skills to help their l
 ocal communities take action\nThe necessary skills to sustain their nonvio
 lent community leadership\nNew friends and new networks of support and enc
