  of Faith\, the Catholic Church has been focusing on the theological virtu
 e of faith\, and on the content of the Christian Faith\, especially as con
 tained in the ecumenical Creeds. In this symposium we will enter into an a
 rea that has been behind many of the divisions within the Christian theolo
 gical tradition: the relationship of Faith and Reason. The speakers will o
 utline the traditional approaches of the communities in which their faith 
 has been formed\, and open up contemporary ways of understanding this rela
