The Ecumenical and Interfaith Commission of the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne invites all ecumenical and interfaith friends, especially our Jewish brothers and sisters, to join us in remembrance and mourning:
Holocaust Memorial Service
Date: Thursday 1 May 2014, Time: 7:30pm
Location: Simmonds Hall, Catholic Leadership Centre, Corner Victoria Parade and Hoddle Street, East Melbourne
YomHaShoah (27th April) is an annual commemoration in the Jewish Calendar for the six million Jews who died in the Nazi Holocaust. Rabbi Adam Stein will be the guest speaker, providing a contemporary Jewish reflection on the Shoah.
A Kosher Supper will be served afterwards
