A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral in a wonderful meandering, purposeful path. Labyrinths have long been used as meditation and reflection tools representing a journey into our centre and back out again into the world.
We will be walking the McClelland Gallery Labyrinth led by Buddhist nun Ani Chodron from the Medicine Buddha Tantrayana Centre, Frankston. We will then be gathering afterwards for a chance to share our experiences.
We will go ahead rain, hail or shine - so bring your hat, sunscreen and water if hot and raincoat and scarf if wet.
We are all on a path... exactly where we need to be.
