Multifaith Future Leaders Program

What? When? Where?
What: A three day residential leadership training workshop followed by regular contact with other young leaders from a variety of faiths. All food, accommodation and activities included. Just bring comfortable clothes and enthusiasm.
When: Monday 17th to Wednesday 19th February 2014.
Where: You will be bussed to a campsite about an hour from central Melbourne.

Are you a future leader?

• Are you a member of a faith or tradition - Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh...anything?
• Are you a dynamic young person, approximately 18 to 30 years old, who sees yourself as a future leader of your community?
• Are you keen to learn leadership skills that will help you become a better leader?
• If so, you may be eligible to join the Multifaith Future Leaders Program

Free learning opportunity
Participants begin with a free three-day leadership training workshop in February and commit to continuing actvities when they return. They join the leadership training activities with other young people from different communities and form a network of connections to support each other in future leadership endeavours.

A multi-faith environment
A key element of the program is the shared involvement of young people from different backgrounds. Participants learn skills which all communities need and form connections which cross boundaries of the respective communities. The three day workshop offers a packed program of activities designed to engage people of different backgrounds in learning new skills, exploring commonalities and making meaningful connections. You will learn personal and group skills through activities that engage mind, body, heart and spirit.
