Passover is one of the most important festivals of the Jewish year. It celebrates deliverance and freedom from slavery of the Jewish People and their exodus from Egypt. A seder (special meal) on 1 and 2 nights retells the story with symbolic foods and removal of levening from diet (matza instead of bread) continues for 8 days.
