Take Your Place at the Feast

SKYS (St Kilda Youth Service) will bring Heaven to Earth hosting the inaugural POP-UP multi-faith service with words from Father Bob Maquire, representation of the Hindu, Christian, Islamic, Jewish and Buddhist faith communities, young people from SKYS and chefs Matt Dawson and Guy Grossi.

What: A multi-faith service held at Republica (by the St Kilda Sea Baths - www.republica.net.au).
When: Sunday 10 March, from 10am - 12pm.

Key moments:

• Old school gospel records spun by DJ Beat Nick
• Interactive welcome activities for kids and adults alike, including:
• Write a Message for the Community
• Make a Percussion Instrument
• Draw yourself at the Welcome Table
• Making Community Prayer Flag
• Welcome to Country
• Foot Stomping Music by SKYS students
• Multi-faith Prayer of Blessing
• Words of Inspiration by Father Bob Maguire
• Breaking Bread together

This event is organised by St Kilda Youth Service (www.skys.org.au) in partnership with Republica, Father Bob Maguire Foundation, Port Phillip Interfaith Council and Access Ministries.
Funds raised from this event will go to support the creation of a Community Wellbeing Worker role at SKYS.
