Established in 2010, the Faith Communities Council of Victoria (FCCV) is Victoria’s umbrella multifaith body. It is the successor to the Leaders of Faith Communities Forum, founded in 1995.
FCCV was created to contribute to the harmony of the Victorian community by promoting positive relations between people of different faiths and greater public knowledge and mutual understanding of the teachings, customs and practices of Victoria's diverse faith traditions.

2020 World Interfaith Harmony Week Celebration - Reconciliation Walk
Date: Saturday 1 February 2020 Time: 9:15am to 11am
Meeting Place: Wyndham Cultural Centre - 177 Watton Street, Werribee VIC 3030
The Wyndham Interfaith Network will celebrate religious harmony week on Feb 1st with a River Heritage walk hosted by the Werribee river association https://werribeeriver.org.au/. In keeping with our commitment to reconciliation the walk will highlight significance of the river to first nations people. Meet at 9:15 am Saturday Feb 1st at Wyndham Street Plaza diagonally opposite the Wyndham cultural centre 177 Watton street. Please bring, sunscreen hats and water bottles or umbrellas if wet . The guided walk will start at 9:30 and finish at the corner of Watton and Station place at 11am . We will then have brunch at a location nearby to discuss the walk further. Registrations essential. There is no cost for the walk but participants will cover their own brunch.
