Welcome to FCCV

Established in 2010, the Faith Communities Council of Victoria (FCCV) is Victoria’s umbrella multifaith body. It is the successor to the Leaders of Faith Communities Forum, founded in 1995.

FCCV was created to contribute to the harmony of the Victorian community by promoting positive relations between people of different faiths and greater public knowledge and mutual understanding of the teachings, customs and practices of Victoria's diverse faith traditions.

One World, Many Voices: Monash Interfaith Gathering

Monash Interfaith Gathering invites you to:

ONE WORLD, MANY VOICES: Sharing Personal Faith Stories for Peace and Unity

Date: Saturday 20 September 2025     Time: 1pm to 4pm
Location: Mount Waverley Community Centre, 47 Miller Crescent, Mount Waverley 

A special afternoon of storytelling, connection, and reflection. Speakers from diverse faith and spiritual traditions will open a window into their personal journeys of belief, meaning, and resilience.
Through their stories, discover:
* how faith has shaped lives,
* sustained people in challenges, and
* inspired care for others.

This unique gathering is an opportunity to:
* Listen deeply to lived experiences.
* Celebrate our community’s rich spiritual diversity.
* Affirm our shared commitment to peace and understanding.
